How do I return an item for exchange or refund?

Returns are only accepted in original packaging, unused, with tags/labels attached, within 14 days. A refund excluding postage/freight will be made against the original purchase. 

What are your delivery rates and how long does it take?

Delivery is charged at a flat rate $9.30 for all orders under $100.

All orders are despatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hrs and delivered in 2-7 business days using Australia Post Registered Post. Please click here to see shipping rates.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as other third party payment providers. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We accept orders within Australia only.

What if an item is unavailable or out of stock?

Please give us a call and we can see if we can order more for you.

How can I find out what an item is made from?

Where possible when provided by the manufacturer we have included the information in the product descriptions.

Yes we do, we're located on the mid north coast in the seaside town of Sawtell at No. 34 First Avenue, Sawtell NSW 2452.
